At the bottom of the “Create Job Postings Page” is a contact section, in which you as the employer are able to specify methods of contact and how much information the jobseeker can access.  You may prefer to keep all your contact through the Mygoli.com site, or you may like to provide direct contact details to allow jobseekers to contact you by phone, email or post.  It is your choice!

When you find a candidate who appears interesting or suited for the job, you can save their profile.  The Candidate File holds the details of all those jobseekers who you have noted as potential employees, allowing you to return at a later time and look through them at your leisure.
What is the Job Posting History File?

You can use this page to view all Job Postings you have made. Click on “View Details” to review the individual entries.  You can edit these by clicking on “Copy as Draft”, which then places a copy of your posting on the “Create Posting” editing grid for you to change and resubmit.
